We are seeking a high-caliber Oracle HCM Security & Authorization Lead to drive the end-to-end security workstream for complex Oracle HCM SaaS (Fusion) implementations. This is a strategic leadership role requiring a deep technical understanding of Oracle security architecture and the ability to act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and audit stakeholders.

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead the security workstream, including planning, resource allocation, and facilitating high-level client workshops to define access models and stakeholder expectations.

  • Authorization Architecture: Define the overall Authorization Principles and RBAC structures, including Job, Duty, and Abstract roles, while enforcing Segregation of Duties (SoD) frameworks.

  • Technical Configuration: Build and validate authorization rules and data security policies within the Oracle Security Console, ensuring alignment with organizational hierarchies.

  • Governance & Audit: Author the Security Design Document (SDD) and oversee user access provisioning (JML framework) to ensure all configurations are audit-ready and compliant with IT governance.

  • Risk Management: Identify and escalate security risks and non-compliant configurations, collaborating with client Risk and Internal Audit functions to validate design objectives.

  • Team Mentorship: Manage and mentor junior security team members, conducting quality assurance reviews of all configurations and deliverables.

  • Testing & Support: Define security testing strategies for SIT/UAT and provide hypercare support to stabilize security configurations post-go-live.

skills and experience required

  • Seniority: Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM (Fusion) Security, including at least two full end-to-end implementation lifecycles in a lead capacity.

  • Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Oracle HCM SaaS security architecture, RBAC, and the Oracle Security Console.

  • Module Knowledge: Strong understanding of Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Absence, and Workforce Management modules.

  • Security Policy Expertise: Proven experience governing data security policies, including Person/Payroll Security Profiles and Legislative Data Group (LDG) security.

  • Compliance Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in SoD conflict identification and remediation.

  • Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead requirement sessions and present to IT and audit functions.

  • Documentation: High proficiency in producing Role Catalogues, Access Matrices, and Security Design Documents.

  • Certifications (Advantageous): Oracle Cloud HCM certification in Security or relevant functional modules.
