L3 Network/Security Engineer (JD#11047)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced L3 Network / Security Engineer with strong expertise in Fortigate, Palo Alto, and Azure Security technologies. The candidate will be responsible for managing enterprise network security infrastructure, troubleshooting critical issues, implementing security policies, and ensuring secure and reliable network operations.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Hands-on experience in Fortigate & Palo Alto firewalls;
• Strong knowledge of Azure Security;
• Expertise in VPN, IPSec, IDS/IPS, NAT & firewall policies;
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing & switching;
• Experience in network/security troubleshooting and L3 support.

Desired Skill-set

• Certifications: NSE, PCNSE, AZ-500;
• Knowledge of SIEM, WAF & cloud security;
• Experience with automation/scripting (PowerShell/Python);
• Familiarity with ITIL and security best practices;
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Fortigate & Palo Alto firewalls;
• Configure VPN, IPS/IDS, NAT & security policies;
• Monitor and troubleshoot network/security incidents;
• Support Azure Security and cloud networking;
• Perform firewall upgrades, patching & hardening;
• Ensure network security compliance and availability;
• Handle L3 production support and incident resolution.
