Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support digital transformation initiatives within a highly regulated environment. This role involves driving end-to-end business analysis activities across solution design, testing, implementation, and post-go-live support, requiring strong stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and regulatory awareness.

Mandatory Skill-set

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field;
  • Must have at least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role;
  • Strong experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and functional documentation;
  • Hands-on experience supporting SIT/UAT, defect management, and implementation activities;
  • Good experience in designing customer-servicing platforms or customer-facing digital channels;
  • Experience working in regulated environments such as hospitality, financial services, government, or similar industries;
  • Familiar with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid SDLC methodologies;
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business, IT, compliance, and vendors.

Desired Skill-set

  • Experience in COTS evaluation, fit-gap analysis, or vendor management;
  • Exposure to tender/RFP processes and vendor assessment activities;
  • BA or Agile certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, CSM, or CSPO are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyse, and translate business and regulatory requirements into functional and non-functional specifications; 
  • Drive end-to-end business analysis activities across solution design, testing, implementation, and post-go-live validation;
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions with business, compliance, IT, and vendor stakeholders;
  • Maintain requirements traceability and ensure solutions align with business and compliance expectations;
  • Support COTS evaluation, vendor coordination, and solution assessment activities;
  • Define and support SIT/UAT/ORT activities, including defect tracking and resolution coordination;
  • Support implementation readiness, operational handover, and post-deployment validation activities;
  • Act as the key bridge between business, compliance, vendors, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
