TEKsystems is hiring a Business Analyst to support ongoing technology and process improvement initiatives across core insurance functions.
This role will work closely with business stakeholders to enhance workflows and support system-related initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with underwriting, claims, and policy administration teams to gather and analyse business requirements
- Translate requirements into business and functional specifications (e.g. BRDs, user stories, FSDs)
- Support system enhancements and changes across core insurance platforms
- Work with technical teams to clarify requirements and ensure accurate implementation
- Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows and efficiency
- Support initiatives relating to data, reporting, or portfolio insights where required
Requirements
- 3 – 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst within the insurance industry or relevant experience.
- Strong exposure to commercial / corporate insurance (P&C) such as property, engineering/construction & marine.
- Experience working with business stakeholders across underwriting, claims and policy administration.
- Experience supporting system implementation, enhancement, or modernisation initiatives
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work across both business and technical teams
