Job Description
- Position: Regional Sales Manager (Semiconductor)
- Location: International Business Park ( few bus stops from Clementi station)
- Working hours: 5 Days -Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $9,500 + $1,000 transport allowance/reimbursement + $100 mobile + AWS + Variable Bonus + 18 days annual leave
- Duration: Permanent

Responsibilities:
- Drive international business development and customer acquisition activities
- Develop sales strategies and customer engagement plans across targeted industries
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, contractors, and strategic partners
- Identify business opportunities within semiconductor, electronics, life sciences, photovoltaic, and related industries
- Conduct customer visits, attend trade fairs, networking events, and industry exhibitions
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals for complex engineering solutions and projects
- Manage project negotiations and support commercial discussions
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
- Collaborate closely with management, engineering, and product teams to support business growth
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgeting, and management reports
- Support continuous improvement of internal sales and business development processes
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or related disciplines
- Relevant experience in B2B technical sales, engineering solutions, or industrial project sales preferred
- Experience in semiconductor, electronics, life sciences, or related industries will be an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Able to manage complex customer engagements and long sales cycles
- Proactive, results-driven, and customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to travel internationally for business activities when required
- Ability to communicate with regional stakeholders will be an advantage
