Job Summary

Our client, a well-established Qualifying Full Bank (QFB) with strong regional and international presence, is seeking a Corporate Banking Relationship Manager to join its corporate banking team. This role focuses on managing and growing a portfolio of corporate clients, originating new business opportunities, and structuring credit solutions across regional markets. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver end-to-end banking solutions while ensuring sound credit and risk governance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand a portfolio of corporate clients by deepening relationships and generating revenue
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to cross-sell a full suite of corporate banking products including loans, trade finance, and treasury solutions
  • Structure and prepare credit proposals by conducting financial analysis, assessing risks, and developing mitigation strategies
  • Monitor client portfolio performance and proactively manage credit risk exposure using early warning indicators
  • Conduct client meetings and maintain accurate, up-to-date call reports to ensure ongoing relationship coverage
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Credit, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Operations, as well as overseas offices, to support deal execution and cross-border transactions
  • Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and regulatory requirements through rigorous governance and due diligence
  • Support ad-hoc initiatives and portfolio-related projects as needed

Preferred Competencies & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate Banking or Commercial Banking relationship management
  • Demonstrated expertise in credit analysis and deal structuring
  • Proven track record in managing client relationships and driving revenue growth
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams and geographies
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) to support client and internal communications
  • Self-driven, commercially minded, and a strong team player
