Senior Finance Executive / Finance Lead (TUAS )

Oversee the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and audit coordination
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS and local statutory requirements
Manage cash flow, treasury operations, intercompany settlements and funding activities
Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and performance tracking against financial KPIs
Develop and implement financial strategies, cost control initiatives and performance targets to support business growth
Liaise with external auditors, banks, tax authorities (IRAS) and regulatory bodies on statutory and compliance matters
Ensure compliance with the Singapore Companies Act, ACRA and IRAS requirements, including timely filings and submissions
Maintain and strengthen internal controls, accounting policies and documentation processes
Support Board and management reporting, including preparation of Board papers, resolutions, AGM matters and statutory filings

Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline; professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CA) is preferred
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles
Strong knowledge of IFRS and Singapore regulatory requirements (ACRA, IRAS, Companies Act)
Hands-on experience in financial reporting, treasury and audit processes
Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
Meticulous, well-organised and able to work under tight deadlines

Exposure to end-to-end finance operations and strategic financial management
