Gen AI & Analytics Lead | 6-month Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the GenAI & Analytics strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and regulatory requirements
• Drive end-to-end delivery of AI and analytics initiatives, including design, development, deployment, and scaling of GenAI use cases, POCs, and pilots
• Identify, assess, and commercialise high-impact GenAI opportunities, translating innovative ideas into scalable, value-generating solutions
• Develop compelling business cases, proposals, and executive presentations to secure stakeholder buy-in and funding
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Technology, Product, Compliance, Operations) and external partners to ensure successful execution and adoption
• Lead programme management activities, including planning, governance, risk management, and delivery oversight
• Establish and strengthen internal GenAI capabilities by fostering innovation, knowledge sharing, and best practices
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with vendors, industry players, and ecosystem partners to drive innovation and leverage external capabilities
• Oversee the full lifecycle of initiatives from ideation to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and measurable business outcomes
• Champion data governance, responsible AI practices, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement frameworks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field
• Proven experience leading AI and analytics initiatives, with hands-on exposure to Generative AI solutions
• Excellent track record of delivering measurable business impact and successfully commercialising AI-driven solutions
• Experience developing business cases, strategic proposals, and executive-level presentations
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and work across complex, cross-functional environments
• Experience managing external partners, vendors, and multi-stakeholder ecosystems
• Familiarity with regulatory, governance, and risk considerations in financial services is good to have
