Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct business need analysis by proactively engaging with stakeholders to deeply understand their goals, challenges, current processes, and underlying pain points.
- Provide solution by applying Design Thinking methodologies to idealize innovative solutions and prototype concepts.
- Facilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions, and stakeholder interviews.
- Translate high-level business needs into detailed, concise, and testable business requirements, user stories, and comprehensive use cases.
- Solution Engineering: Proactively identify and analyze complex business and technical problems, breaking them down into manageable components, and collaborate with technical teams to engineer scalable solutions including opportunities for AI-driven process transformation.
- Manage communication and expectations of diverse stakeholders, including senior management, end-users, technical teams, and external vendors.
- Assist actively in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of working experience as an IT Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role within an IT environment.
- Demonstrable experience with a variety of project methodologies (e.g., Agile Scrum, Waterfall).
- Experience in particpating in full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Proficiency with business analysis tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio).
- Understanding of how GenAI can be applied to business transformation, process optimization, and stakeholder engagement is a plus.
- Highly analytical and systematic approach to identifying root causes of problems and developing practical, effective solutions.
- Demonstrates accountability and taking initiative to drive solutions.
