Senior Process Engineer/Process Manager

Job Summary

Oversee and lead Project Engineers to coordinate, plan, and execute project plans on-site, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget while maintaining strong client relationships and optimizing resource allocation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Project Engineers in daily coordination and execution of project plans at site to achieve project milestones and deliverables
• Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure seamless project execution and resolve operational challenges
• Monitor project timelines, scope, and budgets to guarantee on-time delivery and cost control
• Apply project management tools and techniques to measure and analyze project performance against short- and long-term goals
• Manage client relationships by communicating project progress, addressing concerns, and aligning expectations
• Delegate project tasks strategically based on team members’ strengths, skills, and experience to maximize productivity and quality
• Track and report project performance metrics to identify risks and implement corrective actions proactively
• Continuously develop leadership capabilities to enhance team performance and project outcomes

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical / Process / Mechanical Engineering

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in chemical theories of water and wastewater process technology, heat and mass balance, Process Control for ultrapure/wastewater treatment in Microelectronic and Pharmaceutical industries and etc.
• Good knowledge of both local and international codes, standards and regulations
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Application such as Excel, Words & PowerPoint
• Strong background in design and construction projects is an advantage
• Strong background in wastewater and water treatment plant operation is an advantage
