Quantity Surveyor (Landscaping / Green Solutions)

We are partnering with a growing company that specialises in landscaping and green solutions, including plant rental, festive decorations, and event greenery setups. Their clients span across financial institutions, healthcare, commercial and residential properties, retail, and education sectors.

As part of their expansion, they are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to support project delivery and cost management for their landscaping projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quantity take-offs based on drawings and Bills of Quantities
• Support tender processes, including pricing, submissions, and presentations
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
• Review contract documents and flag out discrepancies or risks
• Manage variation orders (VO), progress claims, and final accounts
• Evaluate and certify subcontractor claims
• Work closely with project managers and site teams to ensure smooth project execution

What They’re Looking For:

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field
• At least 2 years of relevant QS experience in Singapore projects
• Prior exposure to landscaping, horticulture, or plant-related projects is highly preferred
• Basic knowledge of plants / landscaping materials will be an advantage
