Service Engineer, APAC (Automation)

Our client is a MNC, one of the leading players in the automation machinery sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Service Engineer to be part of their Customer Service team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the east - easily accessible.

The Service Engineer's responsible is:

• Provide after-sales service and technical support for automated equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues both on-site and remotely to ensure smooth machine operations.
• Assist with machine improvement works, upgrades, and modification projects based on customer requirements.
• Ensure equipment performance, product quality, and process reliability meet company standards.
• Offer technical guidance and support to customers and internal stakeholders on project-related matters.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams and external vendors to support service activities.
• Handle additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Min ITE in Mechanical Engineering related discipline
• Min 3 years of service engineer experience in automation industry.
• Comfortable to travel overseas
