Technical Solutions Engineer (Cybersecurity) [EL]

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with sales and product teams to design and propose suitable security solutions for clients
• Conduct proof-of-concept (POC) sessions, solution presentations, and client workshops
• Prepare and deliver technical proposals based on client requirements
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to ensure successful solution deployment
• Research and evaluate emerging cybersecurity technologies to enhance solution offerings

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Strong understanding of security architecture, OSI model, TCP/IP, network security, and protocols
• Hands-on experience with security technologies such as firewalls and intrusion prevention systems (IPS)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT security or a related technical role
• Familiarity with platforms such as Palo Alto Cortex is an advantage; experience with other security tools such as IBM QRadar, Splunk Security Cloud, RSA NetWitness, ServiceNow Security Operations, or McAfee MVISION is also welcomed
