Group Management Accountant (Logistics / East) [EL]

• Review and validate regional month-end management accounts and reporting submissions.
• Work closely with country finance teams to resolve reporting issues and improve reporting quality.
• Analyze financial performance, cost movements, and expense trends to identify abnormalities and business risks.
• Ensure financial disclosures and accounting treatments comply with group finance policies and procedures.
• Monitor balance sheet movements, bank reconciliations, and fixed asset records for accuracy and compliance.
• Drive finance process improvements, internal controls enhancement, and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Support internal audits and governance compliance to maintain a strong control environment.
• Facilitate issue resolution discussions, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up on corrective actions.
• Assist in cash flow monitoring and expenditure management across the region.
