仕事内容/Job Description

Mantraでは、マンガのローカライズに特化した言語・画像処理AIを開発しており、翻訳の自動化からワークフロー全体の効率化まで、AI技術を駆使したプロダクト開発を行っています。

事業のさらなる成長に向けて、最先端のAI技術をプロダクトに実装し、顧客に価値を提供できる機械学習エンジニアを募集します。研究開発だけでなく、実際のビジネスに直結するシステム・プロダクト開発に携わっていただきます。

■ 研究開発

・エンタメのローカライズに特化した翻訳・画像処理技術の開発
・自然言語処理、画像認識、AIに関連するPoCの実施と評価

■ プロダクトへの実装・運用

・研究成果のプロダクトへの組み込み
・機械学習モデルやAIシステムのデプロイ・運用・監視およびその基盤整備
・パフォーマンス改善とスケーラビリティ向上

■ チーム連携

・翻訳・ビジネスチームの現場課題をMLで解ける問題に落とし込み、要件定義から実装まで主導
・リサーチャーによる研究成果をプロダクトへ橋渡しする実装・運用
・Webエンジニアと連携し、モデルをプロダクトへ組み込む設計・実装

At Mantra, we develop language and image processing AI specifically designed for manga localization, leveraging AI technology to create products that range from automated translation to the streamlining of entire workflows.

To further grow our business, we are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer who can implement cutting-edge AI technology into our products and deliver value to our customers. You will be involved not only in research and development but also in the development of systems and products that directly impact our business operations.

■ Research and Development

・Development of translation and image processing technologies specialized for entertainment localization
・Conducting and evaluating proof-of-concept (PoC) projects related to natural language processing, image recognition, and AI

■ Product Implementation and Operations

・Integrating research findings into products
・Deployment, operation, and monitoring of machine learning models and AI systems, as well as infrastructure development
・Performance optimization and scalability improvements

■ Team Collaboration

・Translating on-the-ground challenges from translation and business teams into problems solvable by ML, and leading the process from requirements definition to implementation
・Implementation and operation that bridges research findings from researchers to products
・Collaborating with web engineers to design and implement the integration of models into products

必須スキル/Required Skills

• 機械学習を用いた開発実務経験（3年以上）
• 大規模言語モデル（LLM）を用いた開発実務経験（1年以上）
• ビジネスレベルの日本語力（N2相当以上）
• ビジネスレベルの英語力
 
• At least 3 years of practical experience in development using machine learning
• At least 1 year of practical experience in development using large language models (LLMs)
• Business-level Japanese proficiency (equivalent to N2 or higher)
• Business-level English proficiency
