Job Description
Contract: 1 year (Renewable)
Salary range: $2500 - $3000 + Performance Bonus + Shift Allowance
Working location: Upper Changi Road North
Working schedule: (Mon to Fri) Day Shift - 7am - 4pm, Noon Shift - 4pm - 1.30am (shift can be chosen)
Job Descriptions:
Build, repair, and test electrical, electro-mechanical, vacuum, and pneumatic assemblies, subassemblies, and components by following work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, parts lists, and written or verbal instructions
Perform electro-mechanical assembly operations, troubleshooting, and repairs, identifying issues and implementing corrective actions
Operate test fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors, and vacuum pumps to verify functionality and performance of assemblies and components
Accurately record work progress, labor details, and expenses using computer systems
Conduct inspections on parts and completed work to ensure quality standards are met and defects are identified
Receive, audit, and verify parts to ensure all required materials are available for build, test, and repair activities
Maintain a safe, clean, and secure work environment by strictly adhering to all safety standards, policies, and procedures
Attend mandatory health and safety training and consistently follow safety and security guidelines
Promptly report any accidents, injuries, safety hazards, or emergency situations to the supervisor or Safety Department
Use tools, equipment, and personal protective equipment correctly and responsibly to prevent accidents and injuries
Support process improvement initiatives and participate in testing activities to enhance efficiency, quality, and reliability
Perform basic computer programming, system repairs, or software installations when required
Job Requirements:
Minimum NITEC qualification in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline
Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, parts lists, and work instructions
Hands-on experience in electro-mechanical assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and repair
Familiar with using test fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, vacuum pumps, and leak detectors
Basic computer skills for data entry, reporting, and system updates (programming or software installation is an advantage)
Knowledge of safety standards and commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and secure work environment
Able to identify defects, perform audits on parts, and ensure material readiness
