Working Hours / Location:
- Min 8 shift per month inclusive weekends!
- AM Shift: 8am to 6pm (1hour break)
- PM Shift: 12pm to 10pm (1hour break)
- Choose your preferred day to work! Commit min 6 months or long term!
- Location: Changi Airport
Job Scope:
- Assisting passengers and visitors with queries and directions
- Sharing flight information and recommending airport dining & retail options
- Responding to inquiries via calls, emails, chatbot, and social media
- Handling on-site incidents and medical emergencies professionally
- Supporting daily operations and taking on ad-hoc duties as needed
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE N Level with customer service or frontline experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Service-oriented and calm under pressure
