Job Description
Key responsibilities
Business Analysis & Solution Support
· Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and document requirements (e.g. user stories, functional specifications, acceptance criteria)
· Support analysis of current processes and identify opportunities for improvement
· Assist in developing business cases or proposals where required
· Participate in discussions with product teams to understand feature priorities, recommend approaches that best meet business needs
Requirement and Delivery Support
· Support the requirements lifecycle—from gathering inputs to validating requirements with stakeholders
· Assist in reviewing solution options and documenting recommendations
· Support testing activities (e.g. preparing testcases, reviewing test outcomes, SIT/UAT)
· Track issues and follow up on resolution
Governance & Coordination
· Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to support delivery activities
· Assist in organising discussions, workshops and requirement walkthroughs
· Support communication and coordination across stakeholders
· Maintain documentation and ensure proper record of requirements and decisions
· Track delivery progress and milestones
· Support governance processes such as reviews and sign-off processes
Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or related field
· Understanding of end-to-end project or product delivery lifecycle
· Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
· Good written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to organize information and work across multiple stakeholders
· Exposure to Agile or product-led delivery environments
· Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft SharePoint (e.g.SharePoint), data analytics tool (e.g. Tableau Software)
· Interest in digital transformation or process improvement
