SupplyChain Data & Billing Coordinator (Healthcare) - 6 months contract extendable

The incumbent will support healthcare supply chain operations by assisting with the validation of hospital usage and billing data. This role focuses on data accuracy, administrative follow-ups, and coordination with hospital stakeholders to help ensure timely billing and payment processes. The position is suitable for candidates with early experience in supply chain, demand planning, operations, or data administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing and validating hospital usage, pricing, and billing records to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Support the clearing of historical data and billing backlog, with a target to help achieve 60% backlog clearance within the first three months.
• Conduct regular on-site visits to hospitals (approximately three days per week) to verify usage records, collect supporting documentation, and follow up on pending items.
• Identify basic discrepancies in usage, pricing, or documentation and escalate complex issues to senior team members for resolution.
• Track and follow up on outstanding billing, endorsement, and documentation issues to support progress toward a 60% resolution rate within six months.
• Assist in managing endorsed invoices by ensuring documentation is properly uploaded, recorded, and tracked, supporting 100% completion within six months.
• Maintain accurate records, logs, and status updates to support reporting and audit requirements.
• Work closely with supply chain, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth day-to-day coordination and information flow.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in any discipline
• Strong administrative and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications.
• Meticulous attention to detail in data entry and document management.
• Willingness to travel regularly to hospitals and accounts for follow-ups and stakeholder engagement.

Location : Bugis  – 5 days

Salary : S$3,500.00 + Incentives + Transport allowances
