💰 Salary: Up to S$9,400 + Up to 1 Month Performance Bonus

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Senior Network Engineer (MPLS) to support and manage large-scale enterprise network infrastructure in a mission-critical environment. This role is ideal for network professionals with strong MPLS, routing, switching, and firewall expertise who enjoy solving complex infrastructure challenges and working in high-availability enterprise environments.

You will play a key role in designing, maintaining, optimizing, and troubleshooting enterprise MPLS and network infrastructure while supporting operational excellence across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, maintain, and support enterprise MPLS and network infrastructure environments
• Manage LAN/WAN, routing, switching, firewall, and enterprise network services
• Monitor network performance, availability, and reliability across enterprise environments
• Troubleshoot complex network incidents and restore services within SLA timelines
• Implement network upgrades, configuration changes, and optimization initiatives
• Support onboarding of systems into MPLS infrastructure environments
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security policies and operational standards
• Manage and patch Windows servers supporting network infrastructure services
• Maintain accurate technical documentation, network diagrams, and incident records
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders on infrastructure projects and operational support
• Participate in 24x7 standby support rotation

Requirements

Core Technical Skills

✔ Minimum 5–8 years of hands-on experience supporting large-scale MPLS enterprise environments
✔ Strong experience in MPLS technologies including:

• P/PE/CE routers
• VRF
• VRF Route Fusion

✔ Strong networking knowledge in:

• VLAN
• STP
• Trunking
• Port Security
• TCP/IP
• DHCP
• DNS
• IP Addressing

✔ Hands-on experience with routing protocols:

• OSPF
• BGP
• EIGRP
• RIP

✔ Experience managing enterprise networking devices:

• Cisco
• Juniper
• Aruba

✔ Hands-on experience with:

• Cisco ISE
• Cisco DNAC
• F5 Load Balancers

✔ Working knowledge of firewalls:

• Fortinet
• Palo Alto
• Cisco ASA
• Check Point

✔ Familiarity with security technologies:

• IDS/IPS
• VPN
• Zero Trust concepts

✔ Experience with enterprise monitoring and management tools:

• SolarWinds
• Nagios
• PRTG
• WhatsUp Gold (WUG)
• Veeam Backup
• SyslogNG
