Intelligent Automation Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement workflow automation solutions using Power Automate.
• Create user-friendly applications with Power Apps.
• Utilize Data verse for data modeling and security management.
• Implement document automation with AI Builder and OCR tools.
• Design and publish conversational copilot features using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Maintain and improve workflows within SharePoint and Microsoft Lists.
• Apply best practices for Power Platform Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
• Define and enforce governance standards for Power Platform solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments.
• Identify and analyze automation opportunities across different departments.
• Gather and clarify business requirements, transforming them into technical documentation.
• Map workflows and processes to identify areas for optimization.
• Collaborate with developers and users for successful project deliveries.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and oversee launch activities.
• Track automation key performance indicators (KPIs) effectively.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation adhering to standards and best practices.
• Support AI initiatives by automating document processing and integrating copilots with enterprise systems.
• Monitor copilot performance and suggest improvements based on analytics and feedback.
• Drive user adoption while facilitating change management efforts.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in business systems, automation, or digital transformation.
• Proven experience building and deploying solutions with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Strong background in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, and Data verse).
• Experience in integrating automation solutions with Azure and APIs.
• Proficiency in workflow automation tools similar to Power Automate.
• Demonstrated ability to gather requirements from business stakeholders effectively.
• Excellent analytical skills along with a strong aptitude for process documentation.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of Power BI for reporting and basic analytics.
• Exposure to SAP or ERP systems.
• Familiarity with Azure services for integration and AI (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Azure Functions).
• Understanding of Microsoft Entra ID concepts for secure integrations.
• Experience with Power Platform ALM and governance practices.
• Basic understanding of APIs and JSON.
• Project management or coordination experience is a plus.
• Experience working with cross-regional teams.
• Experience with AI Builder, OCR, or similar document processing tools.
