Business / Finance Analyst (12 months contract) TCFL

Job Responsibilities

• Support strategic planning and budgeting for enterprise and government businesses, including regular collaboration with key product partners during quarterly reviews and the annual planning cycle.
• Use management reports, analysis, and data insights to drive effective business targeting and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Build and maintain forecasting models to monitor business performance, conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis, and improve operational effectiveness through streamlined processes and stronginternal controls.
• Manage key initiatives and lead regular business reviews (e.g. pipeline or funnel reviews) to maintain visibility and coordinate closely with other business units.
• Deliver timely and accurate management reports, dashboards, and performance reviews to support growth and business-as-usual decision-making.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing to maintain proper financial records.
• Monitor market and industry trends, including developments in enterprise and government sectors and changes within specific industry verticals.

Job Requirements :

• Degree in in Accounting and/or Financial management    
• 3-5 years of experiences in Financial analysis / business partnering, working experience in an analytical environment
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to manage and analyze large data sets. Experience with Salesforce, Power BI, or Tableau is an advantage.      
• Proven experience in budgeting, management reporting, and business analysis to support informed decision-making.      
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, with a structured, process-driven approach to managing multiple responsibilities and deliverables.  
• Solid business acumen with a customer-focused mindset; able to work independently while also being an effective team player.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and highly analytical, with strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Able to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Location: Town

Salary : S$5,000.00 – S$7,000.00
