Senior /Equipment Engineer (PVD)

Purpose of the Job (Why the job exists):

• Solves difficult problems through assessment of various techniques and approaches to develop appropriate, creative and practical solutions for Wafer Process Operations. 
• Solutions typically result in improved products, processes or quality.

Key Job Accountabilities (Actual daily deliverables):

• Responsible for maintenance and repair of Wafer process related systems such as PVD (Endura, Nexx), Etching system, PR strippers system and perform set-up and conversion to support production, ect.
• Ensures timely completion of several complex independent tasks or manages a complex project by providing technical direction to less experienced engineers.
• Formulates concepts and gains support and commitment for ideas within team
• Communicates with others to solve difficult problems.
• Lead and motivate a team of AEs and Technician to perform daily tasks.

Required Experience and Qualifications (Required knowledge, skills and experience---however acquired):

• Possess wide application of most major concepts of specialization and ability to apply these concepts to a wide range of complex assignments
• Requires through knowledge of practical applications of concepts, procedures and guidelines to solve extremely complex problems
• Degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical / Mechatronics, Chemical, Material, Science or its equivalent with 3 - 5 years experience in similar field
• Hands on experience in handling PVD, , Strippers , Etching system and others that required from time to time.
• Possess pleasant personalities, able to interact and communicate well with all level.
• Leadership.
