Production Control – Senior Engineer/Engineer

Key Job Accountabilities (Actual daily deliverables):

1.     Responsible for the Daily ​Performance Review of overall WLP processes in terms of Delivery and Cycle Time

2.     Plan machinesetup and strategy on the capacity allocation with optimum results on resourceutilization

3.     Liaise withplanning team on the daily loading plan

4.     Review with purchasingteam to ensure accuracy in forecast ​of material availability

5.     Control WIPlevel, including direct materials and consumables stock level​

6.     Work with team toremove manufacturing flow bottlenecks/constrains.

7.     Work with the CSand Planning to drive resolution on any issue that is impacting delivery commitments.

8.     Identify areas with loading opportunity and, communicate to Equipment and Process to push for upside in performance.

9.     Drive for zero re-commit to customer delivery

Required Experience and Qualifications (Required knowledge, skills and experience – however acquired):

1. Minimum of 5 years relevant experience on semiconductor manufacturing and/or other related manufacturing environment.

2. Leadership quality, persistency is essential to be successful

3. Able to communicate effectively with different reporting levels.  

4. Strong written and verbal communication skills, solid analytical aptitude and problem-solving capability, a tolerance for ambiguous situations, influencing and an inclination toward consensus building.

5. Strong motivational and influencing skills to gain broad alignment and commitment to action plans within the cross functional teams and external customers.

6. Proficient in MS Office.
