Proposal Engineer (BMS / ACMV)

• Normal Working Hours (Mon to Fri) (8:30am to 5:30pm)

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and cost estimations for tender projects

• Review tender specifications, drawings, and project requirements

• Perform quantity take-off and costing for BMS / ACMV systems

• Assist in preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and technical submissions

• Support Proposal / Sales Manager on technical and costing matters

• Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and contractors during tender preparation

• Ensure tender submissions are completed accurately and within timeline

• Prepare related documentation and reports as required
  
   

Requirements:

• Diploma and/or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent 

• Experience in ACMV / BMS in building sector preferred 

• Training will be provided for candidate with lesser experience
