Commissioning & Maintenance Engineer (Uninterruptible Power Supply) [EL]

• Commission DRUPS systems and ensure smooth operation
• Support Assistant Manager in meeting operational targets
• Lead and supervise technicians and engineers to complete jobs efficiently
• Train and assess team members’ technical skills
• Coordinate commissioning and maintenance activities with customers, vendors, and subcontractors
• Conduct safety briefings and toolbox meetings prior to work
• Provide technical advice and detailed reports to customers
• Participate in routine and emergency maintenance work
• Monitor critical DRUPS components such as batteries and coolant
• Provide 24x7 customer support including on-site assistance
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure service quality
• Lead DRUPS overhauls as PIC when required
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by management
