Senior UPS Engineer (Uninterruptible Power Supply) [EL]

• Commission Diesel Rotary Uninterruptible Power Supply (DRUPS) systems on assigned sites
• Support the Assistant Manager in achieving operational objectives
• Ensure high-quality service standards for customers
• Lead, guide, and supervise the technical team to complete assigned tasks
• Train, mentor, and evaluate technicians and engineers
• Coordinate commissioning activities with customers, vendors, and subcontractors
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings prior to job commencement
• Provide performance feedback of assigned team members to management
• Offer technical and logistical support for assigned sites
• Provide on-site technical advice and recommendations to customers
• Prepare detailed reports including findings, recommendations, Method Statements, and Risk Assessments
• Participate in routine and ad-hoc maintenance works
• Provide 24x7 customer support including site attendance and telephone support
• Monitor and maintain critical components such as batteries and coolant systems
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Lead and carry out DRUPS overhauls as the person-in-charge (PIC)
• Perform other projects or tasks as assigned by the Manager
