Technical Project Manager (Data Centre) [EL]

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery from design, procurement, construction to final handover
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor project schedules, costs, and risks to ensure timely and quality delivery
• Oversee subcontractor management, installation works, testing, and commissioning of M&E systems
• Support conceptual studies, design coordination, and authority submissions
• Ensure compliance with requirements for mission-critical facilities such as data centres

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in construction or engineering industry
• Experience in greenfield or brownfield projects including A&A or interior fit-out works
• PMP certification or Data Centre Professional certification is an advantage
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
