Engineering Project Manager – Data Centre [EL]

Responsibilities

• Oversee project management activities from design stage through construction to final handover
• Coordinate project planning, procurement, and subcontractor management
• Identify project risks including contractual, commercial, technical, and site-related matters and implement mitigation measures
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and timelines
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Business Development, Tender, Cost Control, and Service departments
• Manage conceptual design, authority submissions, construction works, installation, and commissioning of M&E systems
• Liaise with consultants, data centre owners, and building management to ensure compliance with mission-critical facility requirements

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• At least 5 years of experience in construction management with contractors or consultants
• Experience in greenfield and brownfield projects including A&A and fit-out works
• PMP certification is an advantage
• Certification in Data Centre Professional is preferred
