Project Manager (Data Centre Infrastructure) [EL]

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle including design, submissions, procurement, construction management, and project handover
• Organize and control project activities while identifying contractual discrepancies and mitigating commercial, technical, and site risks
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule while maintaining quality standards
• Work closely with internal teams including Business Development, Tender, Cost Control, and Service departments
• Lead project activities including conceptual studies, authority submissions, pre-design and detailed design phases
• Manage procurement, subcontractors, construction works, installation, testing, and commissioning of building and M&E facilities
• Liaise with consultants, data centre owners, and building landlords to ensure compliance with mission-critical facility requirements

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction or project management within contractor or consultancy environment
• Experience in both greenfield and brownfield projects including interior A&A or fit-out works
• PMP certification will be an advantage
• Certified Data Centre Professional (CDCP) certification is an added advantage
