Job Title: Engineering Assistant, Manufacturing Process

Experience Required: 3+ years in Manufacturing

Responsibilities:

• Provide engineering support for manufacturing equipment and processes
• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on production equipment
• Improve and upgrade production equipment hardware and control software
• Identify and solve process problems for quality improvement and scrap reduction
• Manage equipment spare parts inventory
• Install and qualify new processes and equipment
• Support new program/model start-ups
• Ensure minimal machine downtime and product scrap
• Communicate effectively with operators, supervisors, and support teams

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Production, or Chemical Processing Engineering, or 3+ years of relevant experience
• Proficient in PLC programming
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
