Please note this is an in office role in our NYC office
What will you be doing?
Own end to end recruiting for all NYC based roles, partnering closely with hiring managers and executives.
Drive full lifecycle searches across both technical (Engineering, Product, Data, Design) and GTM (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Ops) functions.
Proactively source top talent and build strong pipelines in competitive West Coast markets.
Run rigorous calibration and closing processes, including navigating complex compensation and equity conversations.
Use recruiting data and insights to improve hiring speed, quality, and overall process efficiency.
Partner cross-functionally to continuously improve our recruiting strategy and tooling
What experience/skills are required?
5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience across both technical and GTM roles.
Startup experience in a fast paced, high ownership environment.
Proven track record of sourcing, closing, and hiring high quality talent.
Strong ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously with attention to detail.
High ownership, scrappy execution, and comfort operating in ambiguity.
Experience with Greenhouse, Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, Modernloop, Brighthire, or similar tools.
Compensation
The cash compensation range for this role is $125,000 - $180,000
Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications. In addition to cash compensation, all employees receive an equity compensation package.
