Job Description

Inventory Control & Accuracy:

  •  Maintain accurate inventory records in sage systems.

  • Monitor Daily, weekly and monthly inventory reconciliation between physical stock and system records.

  • Investigate and resolve (physically on site) inventory discrepancies, shortages and variances

  • Monitor inventory aging, slow-moving, and obsolete materials and report accordingly 

Stock Monitoring & Planning Support:

  • Monitor stock levels to ensure materials are available to support production and customer demand.

  • Support MRP activities by reviewing safety stock, Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) and replenishment quantities.

  • Ensure all inventory (Finished goods) are promptly ordered/replenished when below minimum qty & ensure they are delivered as per requested date

  Receiving & Issuing Control:

  • Enforce FIFO practices where applicable.

  • Support Stock transfer, goods receiving, issuing, and return processes in Sage System.

Cycle Count & Audit:

  • Plan and execute monthly cycle counts and annual stock take activities using Sage System.

  • Prepare variance analysis and corrective action reports using Sage System.

  • Support internal and external audits by providing inventory data and explanations.

Reports & Documentation

  • Retrieve from Sage/SEI system and prepare Daily Finished Goods (FG) Report, stock movement analysis, and related documentation

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum Diploma / Certificate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field

  • 1–2 years of inventory & warehouse experience

  • Knowledge of inventory control principles (e.g. FIFO, stock accuracy, stock movement)

  • Experience using inventory systems / ERP / WMS is an advantage

  • Microsoft Office Skill with Advanced Excel skills preferred, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic data analysis
