FP&A Manager (Manufacturing)

Our client is one of the leading players in the medical devices manufacturing sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a FP&A Manager to be part of their Finance team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the east.

The FP&A Manager's responsible is:

• Collaborate with department heads on annual budgeting and operational planning.Develop and maintain financial models for revenue, costs, and project performance analysis.
• Analyze budget variances and provide recommendations to achieve business targets.
• Identify opportunities for growth, cost optimization, and risk mitigation through data analysis.
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure timely financial reporting.
• Support preparation of investor reports with financial insights and business recommendations.
• Assist in preparing materials for management and board meetings.
• Contribute to process improvements and development of reporting tools to support decision-making.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting related field
• Min 3 years of FP&A experience in manufacturing industry
• Good stakeholder management skills
