Sales Manager Data Centre (HVAC) MNC - RPAL
Job Description
Our client is a MNC in Industrial Piping Systems. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Data Centre Project Sales Manager to be part of their Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the EAST - easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Forecasting
• Identify and assess sales opportunities across Data Center, Cooling, and Building Technology segments in Singapore.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to develop effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Develop and execute long-term growth strategies to strengthen GF’s presence in cooling applications.
• Proactively generate and qualify new business opportunities to expand the sales pipeline.
Sales Management & Execution
• Drive achievement of sales targets, ensuring consistent delivery of revenue and order intake goals.
• Lead end-to-end proposal development with Technical Specialists, from planning through tendering, award, and execution.
• Partner with Operations to resolve customer issues, coordinate deliveries, and support forecasting activities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, including customer updates, visit reports, and project tracking.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, seminars, and customer training events to enhance market presence.
Market Research & Business Development
• Conduct market research and identify opportunities using platforms such as BCI and industry networks.
• Engage key stakeholders to develop new business opportunities and strengthen customer relationships.
• Monitor market trends and competitor movements to refine positioning and strategy.
• Evaluate long-term growth potential within cooling applications across IS and BT segments.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including consultants, owners, contractors, and end users.
• Understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions while influencing project specifications.
• Strengthen GF’s presence in cooling and data center projects through consistent engagement and solution-based selling.
Strategic Development
• Lead initiatives to enhance GF’s market position in cooling and building technology segments.
• Drive growth across hospitality, commercial, industrial, and district cooling sectors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align go-to-market strategies and support segment growt
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent field.
- Solid understanding of HVAC systems, cooling technologies, building/fire codes, and sustainable practices.
