As an AT (Assembly and Test) Central Quality Business Excellence Engineer, you will be responsible on collaborating with the global community to improve our Deviation Management, Effective Problem Solving (EPS) Process, and Execution & Reprocessing Governance. You will analyze quality issues, develop and implement system solutions, improve and maintain the relevant business processes and metrics. This position requires close collaboration with Central and Site Engineering, Global and Site Quality, IT and Smart Manufacturing, and Global and Site Operations team to be able to accomplish your objectives. Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and drive global peer groups to ensure alignment on strategy and roadmap to achieve benchmark EPS process, Execution and Reprocessing governance
- Develop, Improve, and Maintain Business Process and Systems
- Take Data driven approach to problem solving, by developing line of sight metrics to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
- Bring value to manufacturing execution systems by using data analytics and machine learning to convert data into meaningful and actionable information, improving risk assessment and execution processes.
- Facilitate customer issue between Customer Quality Engineering and Assembly/Test Site as Primary Point of Contact. Serve as the main communication channel between the Customer Quality team and the site quality team, ensuring timely updates on quality issues, concerns, and resolutions.
Job Requirements:
- Able to analyze quality issues through problem solving techniques and generate solutions to improve the risk assessment and execution process
- Able to drive and handle projects
- Good verbal and written communication skills to work with a wide variety of people across multiple functional groups in an effective manner
- Knowledgeable and good understanding of Semiconductor Component Assembly and Test process
- Knowledgeable and good understanding of Effective Problem-Solving process
- Skills in data analytics and scripting (e.g. Python, JMP, Tableau)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering, Physics, or related field.
