Junior Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing tender documents, drawings, and project specifications to support cost estimation for ACMV, Electrical, Ducting, Fire Protection, Plumbing, and Sanitary systems.

• Support site briefings, surveys, and basic data collection to understand project requirements.

• Source and compile quotations from suppliers and subcontractors for comparison and evaluation.

• Assist in the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ), costing summaries, and tender submissions.

• Perform basic cost analysis under guidance to support budgeting and cost optimization efforts.

• Work closely with procurement, engineering, and project teams to align estimates with project requirements.

• Support documentation and coordination throughout the tendering and project execution process.

• Participate in site visits and inspections to gain a better understanding of project scope and systems.

• Demonstrate willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute positively to team objectives.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related field.

• Fresh graduates are welcome; candidates with up to 1–2 years of relevant experience in ACMV/MEP estimation or projects will have an advantage.

• Basic understanding or strong interest in ACMV and building services systems.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

• Good communication and teamwork skills
