Architect (Commercial Projects in Middle East)

• Project Nature: Mixed-Development, Civic and Downtown with Middle-East experience (role is based in Singapore office with travelling responsibilities required)
• Conceptualizes concept and schematic designs
• Execute feasibility studies and presents design proposals
• Preparation of tender documentation, schedules and specifications
• Liaises and discuss project-relevant issues with clients
• Liaises and coordinates with consultants and contractors
• Ensures design quality and authority compliance

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture
• Minimum 3-5 Years of relevant architectural experience, in relevant discipline, with a background working on middle-east based projects
