📍 Location: Serangoon North
💰 Salary: Up to $4,200 basic + shift allowance + AWS
🕒 Working Hours:
• 2nd Shift: 2.45PM – 11.15PM (+$10 allowance per day)
• 3rd Shift: 10.45PM – 7.15AM (+$15 allowance per day)

🛠️ Job Responsibilities:
• Perform machine validation, calibration, setup, and testing for semiconductor packaging equipment
• Troubleshoot and support assembly process issues to meet production yield and cycle time targets
• Assist Process Engineers in inspection and metrology method development and qualification
• Support process improvement initiatives involving tooling, recipes, and manufacturing procedures
• Ensure fixtures, jigs, drawings, and work instructions are properly prepared for production
• Maintain accurate documentation and provide timely technical updates

✅ Requirements:
• Diploma in Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, equipment, or process technician roles
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and production support will be advantageous
• Comfortable working permanent noon or night shift
