Cloud Solution Engineer (Terraform/ Python)

We are looking for a Software Developer with strong experience in cloud infrastructure and modern web development to build, deploy, and maintain scalable applications. This role combines software engineering and infrastructure-as-code, enabling reliable and efficient delivery of cloud-native systems.

• Salary Package: UP to $10,000 (basic) + AWS
• Job Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications and backend services using JavaScript/TypeScript
• Build and manage cloud infrastructure on Amazon Web Services
• Define and provision infrastructure using Terraform
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance and reliability
• Ensure security best practices across application and infrastructure layers
• Participate in code reviews and enforce engineering standards

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in software development
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with Node.js or similar backend frameworks
• Solid experience working with Amazon Web Services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS)
• Practical experience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices
• Familiarity with databases (SQL or NoSQL)
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Exposure to serverless architectures
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks (e.g., React)
• Understanding of microservices architecture
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools
