-NEW- 12 Months Senior Business Analyst (Financial Services)

Job Responsibilities:

·       Manage end-to-end delivery of new product launch initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality implementation.

·      Lead stakeholder discussions, provide solution recommendations aligned to business objectives, prioritize scope and changes, and proactively manage delivery risks and issues.

·      Drive the documentation and validation of business requirements, solution designs, and business rules in collaboration with Technology and key stakeholders to ensure readiness for development, testing, and implementation.

·       Translate business requirements into comprehensive UAT scenarios and manage UAT planning, execution, defect resolution, and sign-off.

·       Conduct post-deployment verification, maintain SOPs and training materials, facilitate user training, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with governance and product launch standards.

·      Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

·       Minimum Degree in a related discipline

·       Minimum 4 years of relevant experience

·       Able to start immediately or within short notice
