Data Analyst(AI/ML)

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret complex datasets to derive actionable insights
• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end machine learning models and pipelines
• Train, validate, and fine-tune ML models using appropriate algorithms and techniques
• Continuously improve model performance based on feedback, metrics, and evolving business needs
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define and deliver effective ML-driven solutions
• Develop and present data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to support business decision-making
• Communicate key insights, trends, and findings, with emphasis on market dynamics and industry developments
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of models
• Conduct model evaluation and performance monitoring to ensure reliability and accuracy
• Stay updated with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in AI and machine learning

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in data analysis and/or machine learning engineering
• Strong proficiency in Python and/or R for data analysis and model development
• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks and tools
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Prior experience in Financial Services or Payments domain is preferred
