*NEW* 1 Year contract Business Analyst - Insurance

Job Duties:

• Support and monitor end-to-end delivery of new product launch initiatives, ensuring timely implementation with high quality.
• Lead product launch discussions with stakeholders, providing direction and proposing solutions aligned to business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize scope and changes, ensuring agreed launch timelines are not compromised.
• Proactively identify, manage, and escalate delivery risks and issues with clear recommendations.
• Lead the documentation of business requirements, solution designs, and business rules with clarity and completeness.Discuss, evaluate, and align alternative solutions with Technology and relevant stakeholders.Review and validate requirements to ensure readiness for development, testing, and implementation.
• Translate and review business requirements into comprehensive test scenarios, conditions, and expected results for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Track outstanding defects and work closely with Technology teams to ensure timely resolution within agreed timelines.
• Develop, review, and maintain SOPs, training materials, and user guides.
• Identify and drive opportunities for continuous improvement and delivery efficiencies
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in the insurance industry.
• Experience in managing or leading projects is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Hands-on and balances execution with oversight.
• Project management and coordination skills.
