What You’ll Do

Design and develop software solutions that incorporate AI tools and technologies
Implement evaluation systems to validate, test, and monitor solution performance
Integrate AI capabilities into client systems, ensuring reliability and scalability for enterprise use
Collaborate with Solution Architects to refine solution designs and provide technical feedback
Contribute to team knowledge and best practices through code reviews and internal sharing

What Will Make You Shine

Strong background in the software developmentlifecycle (SDLC) with experience building solutions that leverage AI tools
High proficiency in at least onecore programming language such as Java, Python or .NET
Demonstrated ability to integrateAI tools, evaluation frameworks and modern technologies into complex softwarearchitectures
Track record of successfullymeasuring, monitoring and improving overall system performance
Strong background in pragmatictechnology selection and clear communication regarding solution limitations andtechnical tradeoffs

Nice to Have

Experiencefine-tuning or post-training open-weight models
Background architecting or supportingdistributed systems and ML infrastructure
Demonstrated history of open-sourcecontributions to AI tooling and community frameworks
