Job Title: Project Engineer (Construction A2 Company) (ID9236) Location: Joo Koon Working Hours: Alternate Saturday work schedule: 2 weeks Mon–Fri and 2 weeks Mon–Sat (full day) each month Salary: $4000-$6000

*Benefits: -Annual Leave: 14 days upon confirmation, increasing by 1 day yearly up to a maximum of 18 days. -Medical Claim: Up to $35 per clinic visit in Singapore for general illnesses only (e.g. flu, fever, diarrhea). Chronic conditions and health screenings are excluded.

Job Description -Work closely with the Project Manager to oversee site operations and provide technical support, including interpreting construction drawings. -Ensure all drawings and works comply with the latest BCA codes and regulatory requirements. -Supervise site progress and coordinate subcontractors/suppliers to ensure smooth and timely project execution. -Conduct regular site inspections, enforce site regulations, and attend coordination meetings with consultants and stakeholders. -Liaise with government authorities for permits/clearances and perform other duties assigned by management.
