Project Engineer

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Project Engineer:

Job Responsibilities:

Liaise with consultants, Resident Engineers, Clerks of Works, and licensed surveyors on construction activities, inspections, and site setting-out matters
Coordinate closely with Architectural and M&E teams to resolve interface issues related to reinforced concrete and structural steel works.
Execute construction activities in accordance with project plans, environmental health and safety (EHS) requirements, and quality standards established by project management.
Supervise and guide site supervisors and subcontractors to ensure works are carried out safely, accurately, and within project timelines.
Monitor subcontractor performance and coordinate site activities to support smooth project progress and compliance with construction schedules.
Ensure subcontractors are provided with the latest approved drawings, specifications, and technical information.
Maintain proper site housekeeping and ensure compliance with workplace safety practices.
Monitor and inspect construction equipment and machinery to ensure they are properly maintained and operational.
Attend consultant meetings, technical discussions, and subcontractor coordination meetings as required.

Job Requirements:

Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, preferably in large-scale building or infrastructure projects.
Familiarity with AutoCAD and BIM software is an advantage.
Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a site-based environment.
