Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Customized Solution Design: Propose customized solutions that comprise ICT/DICT solutions and traditional connectivity services to cope with corporate customers’ requirements.
  • End-to-End Project Involvement: Take part in the entire process from pre-sales to the production environment, which includes conducting user requirement studies, delivering solution presentations and demonstrations, providing training, offering on-site support, and ensuring smooth project implementation.
  • Technical Bidding and Proposals: Develop overall technical solutions and actively respond to RFIs (Requests for Information),RFPs (Requests for Proposal), and other proposals requested by corporate customers.
  • Requirement Influencing & Competitive Positioning: Influence the customer’s technical requirements and strategically position the company's telecommunication services relative to the competition.
  • Internal Coordination & Training: Coordinate with agents, suppliers, headquarters, and branch offices, while periodically providing comprehensive solution training to the internal Sales Team.
  • Implementation & Troubleshooting: Coordinate with related parties to manage project implementation, system configuration, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain qualitative customer services and build long-term loyalty among customers.

Requirements:

Education Requirement: Degree holders

Field of study: Computer Science or Telecommunications

Work Experience (Years& Field) :3 – 5 Years in ICT industry

Required Skills /Certifications:

  • Technical Knowledge (DICT & Traditional Telecom):

o   Must possess sound knowledge in ICT/DICT solutions, including Cloud Computing(Public/Private/Hybrid clouds), Content Delivery Networks (CDN), Data Centres, Managed Security, and VoIP/Unified Communications.
o   Must be familiar with traditional telecom connectivity services such as Global Internet, MPLS VPN, Metro Ethernet, International Ethernet Private Lines (IEPL), and International Private Leased Circuits (IPLC).

  • Professional Certifications: Holders of professional certificates such as CCNP, HCIE or CISSP have a definite advantage.
  • Core Competencies: Superior analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills are required. Candidates must also possess the ability to quickly adapt to ever-changing technology.
  • Teamwork & Communication: Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and maintain good working relationships with both technical and non-technical users.

Language Requirement:

  • Language Proficiency: Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese because the candidate needs to liaise with English and Chinese speaking stakeholders.
