Operational Agility: Support the crewing payroll process and verify home allotments and reimbursements .
Process Improvement: Participate in refining payroll and documentation workflows to drive efficiency .
Who We Are Looking For
Analytical Thinkers: You have a Diploma (3+ years exp) or Degree (1+ year exp) .
Excel Experts: High proficiency in MS Excel and strong numeracy skills are essential .
Effective Communicators: Able to explain variances clearly and work cross-functionally with various departments .
