Process Industrial Engineer (Electronics Manufacturing / MNC)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Engineering, Systems, Materials, Production and Maintenance to resolve manufacturing issues.
• Deliver on quality, volume, capacity, efficiency, product integrity, certifications, new products, costs, and inventory.
• Support Management in developing processes, plans, and strategies for new projects.
• Understand technical and system details relevant to your role.
• Assist to promote teamwork and meet quality objectives.
• Actively drive continuous improvement for efficiency and flexibility.
• Work with plant teams to solve client related problems.
• Improve cycle time and capacity with all departments.
• Generate performance reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering.
• Proactive, follows company conduct standards.
• 3 years of experience in Server / Rack / Manufacturing industry.
• Effective, ongoing communication internally and externally to avoid misunderstandings.
• Responsible, takes ownership, shows initiative and leadership.
• Disciplined, punctual, with a sense of urgency.
• Complies with RBA standards.
