Finance Manager (Construction Industry, Consolidation of Accounts / North)

Responsibilities:

•Report directly to the Managing Director.

•Oversee and coordinate work within the Finance Department, ensuring proper recording, control and compliance.

•Perform monthly accounts receivable credit reviews and implement credit control measures.

•Authorize all online banking payments, including GIRO, PayNow, TT and FAST transactions.

•Handle cash and bank transactions while maintaining proper records and ensuring accurate banking procedures.

•Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts, monitor work-in-progress reports and project costing.

•Review and analyze group’s monthly financial reports.

•Prepare group’s annual financial reports and budget forecasts.

•Prepare group’s monthly and quarterly consolidation packages and ensure deadlines are met.

•Liaise with internal and external auditors, company secretaries, tax agents and bankers.

•Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

•University Degree, ACCA, or CPA qualification.

•Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years at a managerial level.

•Knowledge of international accounting standards e.g FRS115 and FRS116.
